We are a Roman Catholic Collaborative of the Archdiocese of Boston (Massachusetts). We are located at the southernmost point in the Archdiocese of Boston. Throughout the changing seasons amid the cranberry bogs, and the lakes, and fields, farms, and horses, and villages of Middleboro, and Rochester, and Lakeville have grown the three churches of Sacred Heart (est. 1885), Sts. Martha and Mary (est. 1958) , and St. Rose of Lima (est. 1961). The three churches/two parishes/three towns have come together to form the Cranberry Catholic Collaborative. We are a rural and diverse populace full of love for our growing faith community and our neighbors.
The Collaborative was formed by the Archdiocese of Boston in 2013 as a part of the Disciples in Mission Pastoral Plan for the Archdiocese of Boston. It is founded on the recognition that our parishes are Eucharistic communities of God’s faithful people, entrusted with carrying out the mission given by Jesus Christ to the Church. In 2013 our first collaborative pastor, Fr. John Sheridan was appointed. Under Fr. Sheridan we began the work of pastoral planning, staff trainings, merging of staffs and consolidating ministries to bring our community of faith a revitalized sense of hope in the future of our Church. Five years later, under our second pastor, Fr. Wally Keymont, our collaborative is continuing to grow, especially in areas of children's faith and worship, and teen ministry.

Deeply committed to Jesus Christ and the teachings of His Church, we are working to become a united collaborative of faith, worship, and service. We strive to be warm, welcoming and caring families in which the gifts and talents of all, young and old, are recognized and graciously shared to nourish others

The Cross in the middle of the logo represents Christ and is nestled in the cranberry plant to represent Christ is in our midst and at our center. The color of the collaborative is a cranberry red color representing our main agricultural product of cranberries. .
