Please pre-register here to begin the process of getting your child baptised. Baptism is an important step in your child's life and your family's life. Because it is a such an important step we need to make sure that you, as parents and godparents, are prepared for what it means to be baptised into the Catholic Faith.  Of course if your child is in danger of death or seriously ill, please call us at 508-947-0444 and leave a message and we will do our best to baptise your child. 

• A Baptism Prep Class must be completed prior to the Baptism
• A Godparent who is a confirmed Catholic is required. All Catholic Godparents are required to send in a confirmation certificate from the church where they were confirmed. Godparents should also attend the in person class. If help is needed in obtaining the confirmation certificates, please give us a call.
• A non-Catholic may not be a godparent (if baptized in another denomination they may be a Christian Witness)
• Two godparents of the same sex is not permitted

1. Begin by filling out the registration form below.
2. Select your Godparents and have them forward their proof of confirmation (confirmation certificates)
3. Call office to schedule in-person class and date of baptism- 508-947-0444

• It is essential that parents and godparents attend the class in order to proceed with baptism (This may be waived by the deacon or pastoral associate if you have recently had another child baptised and have attended a class in the past three years)
• Confirmation Certificates must also be received before scheduling a baptism.
